Gas fireplace, full kitchen, private balcony, and shared hot tub access. The right combination of trail access, downtown walkability, and genuine comfort for families, couples, and groups who want to be in the middle of everything.

Steps from the Snowflake Lift, Sawmill Creek Trail, and Main Street Breckenridge. This 3-bedroom Tyra chalet spans 1,271 sq. ft. and puts the entire mountain town within walking distance. Recently refreshed with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, a renovated bathroom, and added gear storage.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and seats 6-8 at the dining area. The private balcony overlooks peaceful forest under a starlit sky — the right way to end a day of hiking or biking. Two included parking passes. In-unit laundry. Shared outdoor hot tub access.

This unit is a prime location for ski in/out and has a rental ski shop directly across the street. Take the 4’oclock run and you’re home! The unit itself was very nice and easily accommodates larger groups with 3 bedrooms. The bonus is the ski map on the wall (we used it daily to plan our skiing) and the front entry area that had built-in ski racks and a bench area for taking off shoes, hanging coats, etc. would definitely choose this unit again. Lastly, I would note it’s a short walk to Main Street with the shopping and dining.
