Cozy Rustic Condo near the Ski Base Area - Book now for Winter 2025/2026

Our Cozy Rustic condo is the perfect getaway. Ski-in/walk out one bedroom condo at Storm Meadows I at Christi base overlooks large outdoor hot tub and has a view of the ski runs. Queen sized bed in bedroom and a new queen-sized sleeper sofa with temprapedic mattress in living room. Remodeled with a stone gas fireplace, heated bathroom floor, and wood flooring. Flat screen TVs with satellite TV (DISH) in the living room and bedroom. Walk out the back door on the 3rd floor, down the stairs and across the street to the ski access. Put your skis or board on and ski/board right down to the gondola and base area. If the snow is adequate, you can ski right back to the condo via the Right-O-Way Ski Run. In the summer you are a quick walk to the base area and gondola. Locked Ski locker in hallway. You will feel right at home here. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your own meals. We even supply some spices and cooking oils! Cook in or eat out! Walk to ski base amenities and restaurants. Walk to bus stop for free bus to grocery store , downtown, go downtown for dinner.

Linens (sheets, towels, washcloths), shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, dish soap, kitchen towels, hot pads supplied.
Just bring yourself and enjoy Steamboat!
Please note: this building has several stairs from the parking lot to the front door of the condo so you will need to be able to bring your luggage down the stairs.
Please note, there is no air-conditioning in the summer in this building. Summer evenings are generally cool. There are 2 ceiling fans in the condo and one standing fan provided. Come and enjoy everything Steamboat has to offer!

Steamboat family ski trip

This ski condo was perfectly situated on the mountain. Very easy walk to slopeside and the base village . Hot tub was bigger than I expected and was a perfect way to end the day. The condo itself was very comfortable and decorated perfectly for steamboat . We loved our stay here and hope to book again for next year!

Spent 5 nights skiing 3. Loved having a home base to make breakfast every morning. There are a lot of stairs & elevator was out of order and then walking to get to hill, but doable. Overall, great experience for our family with kids.

Doug and Joelynn grew up in Northern Virginia and met during college. After living for 30 years in Florida they moved to Woodland Park, CO in 2016 with their yellow Labrador (Lucy) and enjoy many winter ski days and summer days in Steamboat. They found Steamboat in the summer and love the winters as well.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property for the mountain views, the proximity to the slopes and easy walk to restaurants and base mountain area. This property is a quick walk to the free bus which goes from the Mountain Village to downtown. Summers are as good as Winters in Steamboat.....the best kept secret.

What makes this property unique

One of the best things about this condo is the ease of getting on and off of the slopes. If snow is good you can ski right back to the condo for lunch or a break. In summer we can walk right down to the base area and enjoy the climbing wall and summer concerts. So much to do all year round here!
