Please be aware that if you order items small enough to fit in the mailbox, they may be delivered there, and you will not be able to retrieve them. For your convenience, we recommend obtaining a PO Box to ensure your items are delivered securely and can be retrieved at your convenience, giving you peace of mind.

Please note that shortening your reservation, checking out early, or requesting to move your stay to different dates is treated the same as a cancellation. Once your reservation begins, the dates are blocked exclusively for your group, and we are unable to guarantee rebooking the unused nights on short notice — even during high season.



We operate under a rental arbitrage model and carry fixed costs including rent and daily operational expenses for each property. Because of this, we cannot afford to leave the home vacant, and therefore cannot offer refunds or date changes after the reservation has started.
