The linen fee was a little surprising and some small things like trash bags and toilet paper were minimal but overall a very good stay and place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in Puddin Place. Very nice house with great location to the beach and all the amenities of town.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location and cleanliness of the cabin. The door knob to lock the cabin was not working due to corrosion and the wifi was horrible. The tv shows were in and out without rain. Those two minor things fixed it would have had a perfect rating.

Great house with water view. 2 min walk from the beach was nice to be able to go back and forth during the day. The house was also right next to the beach access road which was super convenient. It was clean and the layout was great. The picnic table downstairs was nice as well. Would definitely book again.
