Overall very pleasant stay here for 3 separate families traveling from out of state. It was very clean and the obvious renovations were nice. Especially enjoyed the close proximity to a small downtown area of restaurants and shopping.

This home was perfect for our stay! Newly renovated and every room was comfy and well decorated. Troy was very communicative and went above and beyond. From the little snacks on the counter, to mailing a forgotten item, this was one of the best stays. This will be our go-to booking when visiting family in the Indy area!

What a find. This cozy, well-appointed was such a relaxing place to stay while visiting family in the area. The hosts thought of everything to make it comfortable. Beds were comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. One of the best homes I have stayed in. Communication was terrific and all instructions were very clear. We were in town to attend our son and daughters wedding, yes the in laws under one roof! It was the perfect location. The wedding took place at Wild BlackBerry Farms. The house was clean and included all the details including phone chargers if needed. Troy was easy to communicate with from start to finish. We would highly recommend this house!

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming VRBO in one of Indiana’s cutest little towns. The home was spotless from top to bottom and you could immediately tell the owners truly care about making guests feel comfortable and welcome. The beds were comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long race day. . Everything felt cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and very well maintained.What really set this place apart were all the extra touches you don’t normally find in a rental. The hosts stocked charging cables, Q-tips, spices, foil, sandwich baggies, and so many little conveniences that made the stay feel effortless. It was clear they had thought about all the small things travelers might need but forget to pack. Those thoughtful details made the house feel more like staying at a friend’s home than a typical rental. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
