Everything was great , view, home , we had an excellent stay seeing the wildlife in the mornings ( momma & fawn) everything was perfect including the weather. This was a gem of a place.

Fun Under the Stars and Roof!

We traveled from California to New York for our daughter’s graduation and needed a place large enough to gather with family during such a special occasion. This farmhouse was the perfect setting. The home has a unique charm and a warm, comfortable atmosphere that made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. We spent our days laughing, playing games, cooking, and sharing meals as a family. In the evenings, we sat outside under the beautiful night sky, talking around the fire and making wonderful new memories together. This is a lovely place to stay if you want to slow down, enjoy the beauty around you, and spend meaningful time with the people you love.

Maintenance information: Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 for urgent concerns such as flooding, leaks, fires, or sewage backups. Non-emergency maintenance is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Requests received after 6:00 PM will generally be addressed the following day. Lawn care may occur during your stay. Please remove lawn games and personal belongings from the yard so the crew can work efficiently. Snow-removal crews maintain the driveway during winter. Short delays may occur during heavy snowfall because the crew services multiple properties.
