Cute little cabin located right in the Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club only a short walk from Canyon Lodge.
Easily one of the coolest places I've ever stayed as a solo skier, the owner even provides a locker at Canyon Lodge to store your equipment.
The accommodations were cozy and very clean & well-kept.
I'd recommend this property to anyone!

Close to Canyon lodge
.3 miles from Canyon was the only plus. It says sleeps four. No sheets or pillow cases for the pullout and the TVs are dated and the WiFi is non existent.
It would be a 5 except the wifi was terrible and I couldn't work. It seems to piggy back of Unit 30 and can't keep a signal and is in a spotty area for cell coverage, so I couldn't even use my hotspot. They need better wifi. Also, the cable didn't work first day but the manager came in the following day and fixed it.

Wifi is troublesome up in Mammoth. Our broadband can't handle all the traffic on our busy season. We've gone through a couple of upgrades already and we still have the same issue. Thank you for your review.
Biggest reason for only 3 stars is because I requested a cancellation even before my stay was approved and I never received a response back even after sending a second message. I hadn't realized I had to wait 24 hours for approval and needed a guaranteed booking so I found another place. Luckily I was able to cancel the other reservations. I couldn't give this place higher stars when they didn't respond to me at all. On another note, the place was nice and larger than I expected. We did have some bad allergy issues when up there. The place did look clean and I didn't notice dust on the plants like previously listed in reviews but something in the condo really kicked up our allergies. There are also quite a few stairs to this condo.

Condo 25 needs purging!

Reviewer Comments:
The condo was fine. They really need to purge there stuff, i.e fake plants every where, carpet in the kitchen, what is that about? Un necessary items would make it a bit bigger looking. The bar stools and chairs filthy, so I put down pillow cases to sit on. The screen to the patio had 2 holes so did open up for fresh air, because of the bugs. Overall it was good for what we needed.

good
This cozy small condo has all a small family or a few friends would need and is a stone’s throw from Canyon Lodge. Two bathrooms, one bedroom with comfortable bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Garage parking. Only drawback was the somewhat old and raggy carpet throughout the condo, otherwise very clean. We would stay here again!
I've stayed in this unit twice and would definitely come back. It's kept up better than most and has a good kitchen. A larger TV would be nice but I don't really go to Mammoth for TV.

Cozy, Convenient, Close to Canyon Lodge, and Well-Curated!
Convenience! Very close to Canyon Lodge - a 10 minute walk for those in shape. Condo is on 3rd floor so luggage must be hauled up the stairs, which for us was no problem but for anyone older this might be an issue. Condo is on a hill so walk to Canyon Lodge in winter is best if skiis/snowboards/boots are left in condo-owned locker (which was PERFECTLY located and so, so convenient!!!). Then, drop ski equipment off in locker at end of day and walk home in your comfortable boots. Many heat sources, including so-easy-to-use gas fireplace, kept us warm and comfortable. Kitchen is a good size. VERY convenient to have 2 bathrooms with showers in both. Loved the book and CD collection. Also enjoyed the various art and knick-knacks around the house - some antique, some quirky, but all well-curated for the perfect mountain condo. Just minutes away from Canyon Lodge and Austria-Hof also means round-the-clock access to food nearby. You can also walk to Canyon Lodge and take free gondola into Village without having to drive (another perk!) and there is a small, but well stocked, grocery store in Village on Meridian to pick up a few things and bring them back home with gondola. Best of all in winter - indoor garage so no wasting time with hot water pots and scrapers in the morning. We will stay here again! (One last thing - we love that there are NO PETS ALLOWED! This is critical for us because sadly, while we love having furry things close by, our family is highly allergic and it was so great to stay in a place where we did not have to worry about pet hair and dander. No matter how clean a cleaning-crew tries to get a place, if there have been pets there, we all start sneezing/wheezing wildly, so we LOVE that no pets are allowed. This is one of the top attributes we look for when we rent a house/condo. (Also love that you don't hear barking when you're on vacation :-)!

Ski lover
I would give this a higher recommendation except that I came back sick from all the dust present if the unit. There are over 12 silk plant arrangements in this 1 bedroom unit collecting dust. Unfortunately these silk plants have so much dust on them that it made my family sick. If these were removed the unit would look so much better & be a lot cleaner. It's a great location. The hill you have to walk up to get to the condo complex can be a problem when there is snow & ice.
