Num contexto geral foi maravilhosa! Fomos em família e achamos tudo muito bom! O condomínio, a casa, o rapaz que limpava a piscina diariamente, a localização da casa, enfim, sem reclamação nenhuma mais e nenhuma mesmo! O proprietário (Pedro) super solícito todo o tempo, consegui alinhar tudo com ele de forma prática e rápida, me indicou lugares pra ir, passear e etc….. A casa contem tudo que precisamos pra ter uma estadia tranquila!!!! Fica aqui minha gratidão pois todos amaram tudo!!!! com certeza ficará marcada na memória de todos que foi!!!!!!

A nossa estadia foi a melhor possível, o Pedro nos deu todo o apoio, sempre disponível, nos deu dicas sobre o lugar e resolveu tudo que foi necessário. A casa é maravilhosa!! Os donos são muito prestativos, não deixou nada a desejar! A casa é grande aconchegante os quartos todos com ar-condicionado, cozinha grande sala grande todos ficaram confortáveis foram eu e mais 10 pessoas Incluindo crianças e minha cachorrinha Amora que também amou a casa! Não posso deixar de falar da área de lazer que é perfeita (geladeira, lavabo, churrasqueira, pia, mesas e piscina). O condomínio é excelente não tem barulho, tudo organizado! Eu indico de olhos fechados! Obs: a casa é melhor que nas fotos.

A casa é excelente. O espaço interno é bem amplo e maravilhoso . A área externa é perfeita para o lazer das crianças e o churrasco e diversão dos pais. O condomínio é incrível. Possui um clube, pista para andar de bicicleta, espaço para pesca à margem do rio Jacuípe, parquinho para os pequenos, etc. O Pedro(anfitrião) foi super atencioso desde a confirmação da reserva até o nosso check-out. Recomendo a todos os interessados e pretendemos voltar futuramente!!

Fomos muito bem recebidos, o lugar é maravilhoso, condomínio fechado, preserva bem as áreas verde, um lugar bem tranquilo e perto dos melhores destinos da linha verde. Precisa de cuidados

O proprietário é solicito, a estrutura física( tamanho dos cômodos) é boa, mas a casa está precisando de cuidados. Os colchões estão velhos, com o tecido sujo e são desconfortáveis, a cama queen está torta, afundando no meio. Os travesseiros estão com a espuma quebrada, manchados, 2 inclusive com manchas de sangue. O black out da suíte está com furos. Na sala a TV está com a tela deteriorada por algum produto químico, então a imagem não fica nítida, e quando as cenas são mais escuras você enxerga uma mancha branca bem grande na tela. Os sofás também estão muito velhos, o menor com tecido sujo e manchas de mofo, e o maior a espuma afunda quando alguém senta. A geladeira está enferrujada e fica vazando água pelo chão. A limpeza deixou a desejar, encontramos quatro restos de sabonetes usados com pelos no banheiro e muitas teias de aranha com insetos presos pelas paredes. Tinha bastante umidade nas paredes, talvez seja o motivo de terem pintado as paredes de cinza escuro, ao invés do branco das fotos do site.
