The house has a large space and proximity to nature, which allows to form a pleasant, beautiful, cozy environment to provide good days in Barra do Jacuípe, Bahia coast.

Located in the Aldeias do Jacuipe Condominium, bordering the beach (sand of the beach forms one of the edges of the condominium).

The beaches of Estrada do Coco are known for providing visitors and natives with sea baths in calm, warm waters and almost always surrounded by natural breakwater.
We are distant:
- 7km from Guarajuba
- 14 km from Itacimirin

The place still counts on the presence of lagoons, rivers and breathtaking landscapes. The Jacuípe, Pojuca and Joanes rivers form part of the natural beauties of the region, the latter being an excellent point for nautical sports.
The encounter of the Jacuípe river with the sea results in beautiful landscapes, with dunes, coconut trees and calm waters. A deserted island, bathed by the sea and the rivers Capivara and Jacuípe, make up the scenery.

The house is located in a closed condominium, in a block located behind the access to the beach, so we are close to the beach and access is walking.

It has 1 bedroom downstairs suite and 3 bedroom suites with balconies upstairs. All rooms are equipped with beds, sheets, towels, fans and other supports.
The bathrooms have an electric shower and a toilet.
The balconies have hammocks.
The TV room has a sofa, armchair, puff and TV with free access to Netflix during the stay.
The internal dining room has a 6-seater table.
The outside dining room has a 6-seater wooden table as well.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, cutlery, dish cloths, pots, pans, etc.
The outdoor area has lawn, shower, two sun loungers, table and the wonderful shade of the cashew tree.
We have garage too.
