CONSTRUCTION NOTICE - There will be concrete restoration project happening at 1800 Atlantic Starting in May 2025 through the Spring of 2026. This construction WILL impact your stay if you are staying during the week days. Please contact All Florida Keys Property Management for more detailed information.

Moonlight" is a freshly renovated condo that is located at 1800 Atlantic Blvd on the beach, with sunset views right from your own 28-foot balcony. You'll be able to enjoy quiet afternoons with those balmy Key West breezes wafting through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors. "Moonlight" is located in an upscale private community within walking or biking distance to all of your favorite Key West spots, including beaches, restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful waters surrounding the island.

The living room of "Moonlight" is comfortably furnished, with plenty of light streaming in from the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and reflecting off the floor to ceiling mirrors. There's a very large flat screen TV, for those times you aren't marveling at the breathtaking Key West sunsets from your private balcony. The brand new kitchen with its new stainless steel appliances has everything a good chef would need to prepare any meal. The dining table will seat six comfortably, and there's also a kitchen bar that seats four more.

THE POOL, THE BEACH & TENNIS...

The Resort-style Community Pool is right downstairs, located directly on the beach. There are plenty of chaises for your comfort, and a cabana with restrooms for your convenience. There is an oversized Jacuzzi and even a picnic area with BBQ's. You can relax on the beach next to the pool, or take long walks on Smathers Beach, which is right around the corner. You'll also have access to Key West's only clay tennis courts, located on-site.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

The master bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen TV and direct access to the balcony. The master bathroom is en suite with twin vanities and a shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The second bathroom has a tub and shower combination. There's a sleep sofa in the living room for extra guests.

Central Heat and AC, Large Heated Community Pool, Large Community Jacuzzi, Key West's only clay tennis courts, Handball courts, Picnic areas with BBQ's, Recreation rooms available for private parties, One covered off-street parking space, Washer/Dryer, 50' Flat Screen TV with DVR, Cable TV throughout, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Full Gourmet Appointed Kitchen with New Stainless Steel Appliances, Linens and Towels provided. Daily or weekly housekeeping provided upon request. Wireless high-speed Internet access throughout the property. This property will accommodate up to 6 adults. No pets permitted per the Home Owners Association.

Great condo for families wanting to see all of the Keys. With a great pool, private beach area, and Smathers Beach just a short walk, it has everything a family might need. Clean and adorned with all the comforts of home, it will ensure a great family trip to Key West!

Family Key West Vacation

Really enjoyed staying here for our vacation with our young kids, 4 and 6 years old. The property had great community amenities and the condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location was not central but the onsite parking garage made it easy to get to where we wanted to go. The calm and quiet environment, especially in the evenings, made this our top choice.

Great spot off the main road. Quiet and great pool side view. Our AC went out late on the 3 rd night and they were there to fix the next morning and cooled us off in no time. Master shower was a little dingy but everything else was perfect. Definitely would recommend renting and we would possibly stay again in the same condominium building.

Great Stay!

The condo was great and spacious, beds and pillows were comfortable. Extremely well stocked kitchen, and condo was clean upon arrival. The pool/spa area is wonderful! Great place for a family to stay! If you are wanting to be central to Duval Street/night life, this isn't your best option. Check in was a little confusing but the employee on property was very helpful & got our parking situation worked out by calling the owner. Our pack and play was not there upon arrival but I called the property manager, and there was one brought to us shortly after! Would definitely stay here again for a family trip to Key West! Super convenient to the airport as well!

20th Anniversary Trip

The condo was even better than the pictures. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, completely outfitted with everything you could need (except a hair dryer 😉). I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Key West. One side note: although you can see the ocean from the living room balcony, it's not quite as grand as the view pictured. But you could see the beautiful, lush garden up close and that didn't disappoint.

Amazing Key West Spot

I went with hubby and 3 kids. As much as Key West isn't for children, drinking/debauchery/bachelor/bachelorette parties...my kids had fun. They LOVED the location of the hotel, Southwest point, were enthralled with the pool and orchid garden at the condo. They were catching the little lizards. Sooooo cute. Totally encourage to come with family. Obviously, better with nanny/babysitter.

Duval Street & Mallory Square are a very long walk so alternative transportation is advised. Bottom line -- we had a great vacation and made some great memories!

Condo complex is in a great location, quiet at night with secure garage parking. Unfortunately, there is currently both exterior and interior construction going on. Elevator closest to the unit was closed due to exterior construction. The unit itself has a great kitchen, but furniture is old. Pest control entered the unit before we could open the door and we were not told this scheduled treatment would be happening during our stay. Overall, it was great value for the money.
