Newly Updated Condo! Steps From The Ocean!
Newly Updated! Enjoy this ocean view 2 bed 2 bath condo located on the South Side of the Building. Unit offers and open kitchen with a Keurig and regular coffeemaker. Master offers a king bed and guest room has 2 twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Unit has enhanced cable.
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Linen package includes sheets, bath and beach towels for max. occupancy. Renters must supply their own paper products. Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.
