Well appointed and maintained - especially the kitchen. I'd like it better if it was on a higher floor and faced due east rather than northeast ( for the sunrise ) but still a fine place to stay in a great location.

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was modern, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, hand soap (which is rare in condo rentals), and plenty of clean linens and towels. The unit felt welcoming and homey. If I had to give any constructive feedback, it would be that the shower could use an update as the drain needs to be fixed but it certainly didn’t take away from my overall great experience. Amelia Island Getaways, the rental company, was responsive, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process.
