We are disappointed things did not go to your liking. You are correct in that you did not get the condo you requested and were in fact upgraded to a nicer villa, as a result of construction being done during the day at the property. The villa that you were relocated to is roughly a 5 min walk to Coligny Plaza and the Beach. You were made a ware and this was your choice. We have never had any prior complaints about the wifi or the amenities within the villa. I'm glad it miraculously repaired itself. The over-exaggeration is actually very unfair and a little out of line. The owners of the short term rentals you find on VRBO and similar sites work very, very hard to accommodate all guests. However, there are some that no matter where they stay they will not be happy unless the stay is free, and I am sure "free" would still not satisfactory.
