This elegantly furnished Condo is your best vacation value in Playacar. We have the best location! Across the Street from Hotel Reef (Beach Club), which is extremely important if you want to enjoy the beach or pool at the Hotel Reef. While others have to drive there, All you have to do is walk across the street! Besides being a high quality home with many amenities, our location can simply not be beat. It is next to the Hard Rock Golf Club, on the 1st Tee, and walking distance to Playa del Carmen Downtown and 5th Avenue restaurants and shops. Renters have ready access to Beach Club and Golf. It features 2 master bedrooms, each with a King Size bed and its own bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer. Balcony overlooks pool and golf course. My father (Jaime) purchased this condo thinking he and my mother would retire there. My father passed away, and Instead me and my wife lived in it for 9 years. We now live in Colorado, but maintain the condo with high quality standards so that others can enjoy this beautiful place that my father had the vision to purchase back in 1998 with an envious location.
Why they chose this property
The property is like being in Paradise, it is located in the best place and the maintenance is excellent. You will enjoy the large and usually quiet pool. Also, in comparison to many other rental properties, we try to make the place feel like a second home and not a "rental". Finally, being in front of the Hotel Reef, it is like having the best of both worlds. You can have the "hotel" feel, amenities, and pool by simply walking across the street to the Hotel Reef, which provides free access to renters, or you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of your own place at the condo. You can even decide to have an "all inclusive" day, which can be purchased for an additional fee, directly from the Hotel Reef across the street, or simply enjoy a quiet home cooked meal back "home" at the condo. You have a lot of flexibility with our difficult to beat location.
What makes this property unique
Location, Beach, Golf, Shopping, Restaurants. No car is needed, there are plenty of taxis and tour buses. Reasonable price for a high end rental with upgraded amenities and appliances.
