Parking Details You are provided 1 Parking Spots in the 2-car garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended. 3rd row vehicles will not fit

Quiet Hours Notice Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Fireplace Warning Fireplace is non-operational. The firepit must never be left unattended while in use.
Pet Policy This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. This was a complete disaster of a rental. The home is clearly a party house—not family-friendly in the slightest.Safety hazard: The shower door fell off on my 72-year-old mother. Completely unacceptable.Condition: The furniture was old, stained, and dirty. Window coverings were broken, and the whole place felt neglected.Not as advertised: There were no beach supplies, and the listing was misleading. Be prepared to bring everything yourself.Management response: After reaching out with photos and a detailed report, we received zero compensation or support. Nothing offered for the inconvenience or safety issue.There are much better properties at this price. This one was a total disappointment. Stay away.
