This renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is the perfect spot to escape on the Roanoke Sound. Relax on your private deck and take in the stunning sound-front views. Sound front Master suite with King bed and private door to your covered deck with raised Adirondack chairs, and seating for 6. 2nd bedroom holds a Queen bed, while the final bedroom has 2 Bunk sets. Both bathrooms feature a stand-up shower, there are no bath tubs. This beautiful condo offers 4 mounted Smart TV's, vaulted ceilings, high-speed WiFi, covered furnished deck with electric grill, and covered parking for one vehicle or boat/jet-ski trailer. The condo offers a 35' dock space at Rudder Canal #22. The building is equipped with an elevator for easier access. Soak up the sun in our community pool. Enjoy vacationing on your own schedule in this “Vacation My Way” property! And bring a furry friend as this condo allows for a small dog to join you on your stay!
