Pros: great location. Easy access to beach. Security always friendly on premises. Great customer service when called . Enough towels and bedding . Great beach view.
Cons: out of date , needs updates . NO batteries in tvs and HUGE clock on wall ! How do you not check and notice these things ?! Ice maker does not work ! Not told on booking that construction was going on so no front desk , no lobby area open, no bathrooms at pool area open, no fitness center opened . These were all advertised and yes you can go to another property bur clearly not the point of what you were told at booking you got !!
3 yes 3 false fire alarms in 24 hrs starting at 3 am for the first ! We were on a corner unit at the end of hall with no other rooms and were considerate enough to leave our beach chair in the hall so no extra sand got in the room and received a citation for doing so but nobody checked on wall clock and tvs to have batteries we had to buy . Petty!!

We are sorry for the inconveniences caused by the outdated unit, missing TV batteries, non-working ice maker, and the huge clock. We also regret the oversight regarding the construction and its impact on the amenities, which were not communicated at the time of booking. The false fire alarms and the citation for leaving your beach chair in the hall were certainly frustrating, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Your feedback is invaluable, and we will address these concerns promptly to improve the experience for future guests. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

The property was nicely arranged and clean. Well equipped with basic supplies. The property needs some newer furnishings in the living room (clean and comfortable, but worn). The beds either need to be replaced or properly assembled (very shaky and either poorly made or poorly assembled). The electrical side of things could be improved at a relatively low cost as many of the electrical outlets are so worn that nothing will stay plugged into them. Unfortunately or stay was during a historic hail storm which ruined our car and many others. The staff were very courteous and accommodating to the guests. They let all of the guests use there shop vacs to clear broken glass, debris, and water from there vehicles after the storms cleared.

Kitchen counters were not clean and their wasn’t a dustpan in the unit.

Maintenance Problems
Nice condo, but very high price to book considering their pipe problems. Every time the water was turned on or the toilet was flushed a loud noise like a FOG HORN wound sound for about 5 - 10 minutes. I went to the desk and spoke with the manager about 3 times. She said maintenance wound come and no one ever came.

Family vacation
The condo was beautifully decorated, however, every time water from any faucet was turned on, a noise that sounded like a fog horn began. This noise lasted for several minutes before it stopped.

Nice Condo
Nice condo but not as clean as desired. Some updates had been completed to this unit. This was our fall break and it was a older crowd. There were not many kids at this unit so we tried our very best to keep ours at their best behavior.
