About this property

Gigi's Midtown Getaway #2

Beautifully decorated UPSTAIRS condo in the heart of Midtown. Set up for those who need a place to stay for 2 days or longer. Mobile Infirmary,University Hospital and Children's and Women's Hospital are less than a mile. Safe gated community surrounded by heritage oak trees with pool, workout room and clubhouse. I provide a welcome basket and other amenities that you might need during your stay. I also have another Vrbo in this same complex if this is booked - Gigi’s Midtown Getaway.
The space
You will feel like you are being pampered in my condo. I have two brand new smart tv’s as well as a new microwave, toaster, coffee pot and Keurig, as well as new linens and towels throughout. I have plenty of snacks and drinks for you when you arrive. Plenty of pillows and soft throw blankets make your stay that much more comfortable. A new couch is available that lays down and is the size of a full bed. Bright pictures are displayed that are pleasing to the eyes. I am super proud of this condo and want you to have a great experience. I live right down the road so I am available for all my guests. I want you to love my city as much as I do. I would be honored to host you!

I have been blessed to have my other Vrbo be so successful in this complex and look forward to making this one just as good! I also have a beach condo in Gulf Shores Alabama called Gigi's Gulf Shores Getaway!

This place is perfect for parent(s) visitng their kiddos at South. The owner's kindness by providing snacks, water, hygiene items, and a personal note was above and beyond. There is definitely atrention to detail that sets this place apart from other rentals I have stayed in. I will definitely book again.

Kathleen was a great host! She met us at the property to show us around, checked in on us electronically a few times to make sure we were good, and provided the most amount of complimentary supplies out of anyplace we have ever stayed. The grounds were quiet, clean, and the neighbors were friendly.

We were meet by the host upon arrival. He showed us around, explained things to us and even helped us carry our luggage up. Clean and comfortable. Host thought of everything you might need. Spare toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, pool towels, snacks, few bottles of water, Gatorade, coffee, spices. All you had to do was go buy food. They even provide a very informative binder with places to eat and recommend attractions.Katherine was quick to respond to any questions and checked in with us to ensure everything was alright and there were no issues.Would stay again.
