Our stay was great!

We loved this home...the place was spotless and felt very comfortable...we couldn't have had a better time in Siesta except the trip was too short so we are going back for Labor day weekend!

The condo was really nice, but we were disappointed that there was no cable/satellite TV. The dryer did not work. The pool needs a hand rail to help with entering and exiting the pool.

Ideal property for a Sieste Key vacation!

Beautiful exterior architecture; ideal location relative to the beach and Sieste Key Village; terrific, private pool. Multi-level is ideal for families. Highly, highly recommend Peacock Villa!

Smooth process and great stay. Great location right across from the beach and 10 minutes walk to several restaurants. Note, this is a 3 story unit with 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor, so if that works for your situation, you will have a great stay in this unit on siesta key!

What a wonderful place to stay

The location couldn't be better for the beach or the village. The place is astounding. I kind of don't want to give it to much praise as it will be difficult to book our next trip there. But a 11 out of 10 stars for location and Cottage Keys service!

Easy to book, pictures were accurate.

Property was beautiful; pool, bikes and grill were all great to have, loved that home was right across the street from public access to beach, short walk to restaurants and bars, short drive to Sarasota but mostly stayed on island because they had everything we needed! Friends staying in other rentals were envious of our rental because it was so great!

We were so impressed with the location and the size of the unit. We had 7 family members in all and everyone was accommodated with a very comfortable bed. We were all able to eat together, swim together, play games and just visit. Having a beautiful beach just across the road was an added bonus. Thanks for a great time.

Great property and nice location!

Good check in process, was delayed to prior renter issue. Property manager dropped off gift card and apology. All worked out great! Private pool area was a nice plus and being across the street from beach access point #10. Plenty of restaurants and retail within walking distance.

Another great spring break in the books.

Third time in Siesta Key. House was 4 min walk to beach. Longer walk into the village but we like walking. Only draw back was the upstairs guest room with twin beds has no storage. Buy a dresser for guests as there was really no way for two adult girls to store anything. Had to hang their dresses in master closet. Also, one of the beds there is absolutely the hardest bed ever, our daughter ended up sleeping with us in the master. Other than that everything was great. It’s not a house for small kids or older folks as it has three flights of stairs. Yes there’s an elevator but it’s small and very slow. House was clean and had all you needed. If they replace that bed and add a dresser I’d definitely rent this home again.

A CARRY ON WILL DO!

WE DROVE HERE WITH EVERYTHING WE "THOUGHT " WE WOULD NEED FOR A WEEK STAY IN SIESTA KEYS. WE COULD HAVE DECREASED OUR OVER PACKED LUGGAGE TO CARRY ONS , WITH THE CONVENIENCE OF THE WASH /DRIER INCLUDED.WE HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH ROOM FOR US AND A COUPLE THAT VISITED FOR PART OF OUR STAY.THE RENTAL WAS VERY CLEAN. IT WAS EQUIPPED WITH QUALITY KITCHEN DISHWARE, APPLIANCES ACCESSORIES [FROM CHIP CLIPS TO CROCK POTS]. IT IS IMPRESSIVE THE CONDITION OF THIS UNIT, CONSIDERING A FEW NEIGHBORHOOD RENTALS ARE STILL IN REPAIR MODE FROM THE HURRICANE FROM LAST FALL. WE WERE ASKED IF A REPAIR MAN COULD INSPECT/REPAIR THE ELEVATOR DURING OUR FIRST DAY. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND QUICK AND WE FOUND IT USEFUL WHEN MOVING GROCERIES/LUGGAGE FROM FLOOR TO FLOOR. THE 2 KING SIZE BEDS WITH FULL BATHROOMS ATTACHED WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. WE DIDN'T NEED THE 3 RD BEDROOM ON THIS TRIP.THE POOL WAS COOL ON THE FIRST DAY BUT THE POOL COMPANY WAS THERE THE 2ND DAY, CLEANED AND TURNED HEATER UP TO A COMFORTABLE LEVEL.THE CONDO HAS BEACH CHAIRS , A COOLER, TOWELS, AND A WAGON TO GET YOU TO THE BEAUTIFUL WHITE SANDED BEACH ACROSS THE STREET.WE LOVED OUR STAY HERE AND ARE CONSIDERING ANOTHER STAY HERE IN THE FUTURE.

Girls Trip

The location is amazing. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the home. The upstairs bath had mold in the shower & ceiling. The main floor bath - the showerhead was dirty with mold. Also, that bathroom had horrible lighting as did the bathroom upstairs.. The outside of the kitchen cabinets & kitchen floor need to be deep cleaned. The windows were dirty & the screens were disgusting & need to be washed. There were dead bugs in between the window & screen. The lanai floor & table were very dirty. There were no cleaning supplies - we had to buy spray cleaner. The blinds on the patio doors need to be replaced. The coffee maker needs to be cleaned so the stream of water flows better. We loved the pool area, but there should be plastic glassware available for drinks by the pool. Also, it would be helpful to have a magnifying mirror in at least one bathroom. Thanks for asking.

Great vacation in a wonderful place

Everything was great! We love the location since it was near the beach. It was very clean and when we did need something, we got attention immediately. We really want to come back!

The property was everything we were told in the details.

Excellent property for a family with young family members. Easy access to beach and the pool was very fun to hang at. The downtown area was close enough so that we could walk to everything we needed.

Amazing!!

Myself and 5 friends stayed here for 5 nights and loved it! The location is perfect to walk to the beautiful beach and also to walk into town. There are so many great places to visit. We loved the Daiquiri Deck ($4 daiquiris during happy hour), the Baja Grill and the Beach Grill karaoke (Monday nights). The house was perfect! So much space for 6 of us. We loved having 3 bathrooms. Everything was clean and the beds are so comfy! It’s so nice to have a pool too for a change from the beach/ocean. We would definitely stay her again or check out their other properties.
