My partner and I thought the space and location were great. Clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Nice view of the gulf from the balcony.We enjoyed all the amenities provided and found them clean and well kept. Beaches and restaurants are a short walk away.Check in and out were easy and hosts quickly responded to any queries. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is terribly run down and is in dire need of a makeover. My wife had to clean things just to use them like a frying pan that was dirty. Tried emailing the property manager to inform them of how in need of repair and poor cleaning, got no response. We will come back to the Emerald Coast again like we do every year, but we would not stay here again.

The unit was clean and comfortable. It has an incredible view of the ocean from the balcony. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk. Everything worked but there were a few issues that were taken care of quickly. The place could use a little update but everything is functional Nice property with one heated pool. They do need a few new pans for cooking that are safe. We enjoyed our time there. My only complaint was there were several days with various maintenance that required access to the unit while we were there at the community. This requires you be there as who wants people coming in with your personal property being accessible. Otherwise you will have a nice time if you stay here. Close to lots of stores and restaurants.
