This 2-bedroom condo is perfect for your escape to South Padre Island. 2/2 Stunning Condo just 30 steps from the beach with HEATED POOL. Fully stocked kitchen with a coffee pot, plates, pots pans, etc. Wake up and sip coffee on the balcony , or cook your fresh catch when you get home from fishing. Spacious living room with massive couch that can seat 7 people, with 2 built in recliners and drink holders (perfect for movie watching or game watching on the large smart TV with everybody included!) This 3rd floor bright and beautiful condo includes a private, furnished balcony WITH VIEWS OF OCEAN, a full kitchen, outdoor shower and a BEAUTIFUL pool W STONEWORK AROUND THE BORDER!! The outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off and keep the condo tidy & the suite's stacked washer and dryer will make it easy to keep everyone looking their best during your stay! Separate SECOND SOFA bed with spacious rug in front to do yoga in the morning or your morning workout.

1 to 5 I would say this stay was a 3. If the owners are paying someone to clean they may want to find someone else. Had to thoroughly clean kitchen and area rug was full of hair and dust that we couldn’t do anything about because had no way to vacuum. All in all the place was not up to the VRBO standards that we are use to.

Hi there, Gwin. We are super disappointed in the review considering you were at our place for two months and had direct access to us!! You asked us for a vacuum one month after being there. Never did you state that the kitchen was dusty and the rug a needed to be cleaned up upon arrival—that is a huge difference. IF YOU HAD DONE SO we would’ve gladly sent a Housekeeping team over. We are on the island and we’re in constant contact with you.! And we apologize for the rug the person before you did bring their dog so perhaps Housekeeping didn’t realize that. In the future, I would advise if you need something from the property management team kindly ask them so that they can fulfil your needs.

This place was the best to stay two rooms balcony and a swimming pool outsid my kids had the best time.Everyone was nice SPI rentals were great everytime we needed something and they responded right back we had a great experience.The beach was a walking distance I recommend this place if you have kids.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We stayed on the beautiful island of South Padre. We were at walking distance of everything important on the island, and it made everything so much better. There was a grocery store around the corner and the hosts provided a buggy for us to easily take our belongings to the beach. The host always made sure to respond to my messages in a timely manner which i really loved.

Great location to Beach

Great location to both beach access and shopping/food. Property was very clean and enjoyable. Only recommendation would be for property to have extra linens and comforter to allow guest with more then 4 in party to utilize the sofa sleeper bed. Management team was responsive to our needs and helped work through a minor issue. Overall, I would recommend this property.
