Recently featured in Southern Living's best tiny towns, Topsail Beach is a "delightful throwback to the seaside getaways of your childhood." Our house features 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites, 3.5 bathrooms and an inverted floor plan with upstairs living and dining space with views that can't be beat. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea while watching the waves roll in and the sea gulls dance along the shore. This beachfront property is the perfect place to relax and recharge with family and friends while having direct access to the beach.
This renovated house is under new ownership, October 2017, and has new quartz counters, stainless appliances, and plank hardwoods throughout, as well as all new furniture and beds. Enjoy 2 master bedrooms with access to the beachfront deck--each with a king bed and a private bathroom. Another bedroom with a queen bed, and the fourth with bunk beds and a trundle allow for multiple or large families to enjoy plenty of space during your stay. Extra sleeping space is available with a queen pullout sofa upstairs.
While at the beach you can also enjoy all the amenities you're use to at home including high speed internet, cable, games and a fully equipped kitchen. Pac n' play is available in the fourth bedroom closet. Laundry closet downstairs with new, 2018, LG washer and dryer.

Our family is from South Carolina and have spent many summers on the beaches of the Carolinas. For years having a beach house has been a dream of our which has finally become a reality.
Why they chose this property
This is not just an investment property, it is our beach home. We treat it just like we live here full time, making sure everything is in proper working order and it is up to the highest standards.
What makes this property unique
Being on the beach is one thing, but having the living room and kitchen on the top floor overlooking the beach is amazing. Vaulted ceiling create a unique and open feeling so that meals and family time is spent together.
