Experience the best of Meredith when you stay at this 3 Bed 2 Bath rental. Located minutes from downtown Meredith, Town Docks, Mill Falls, Church Landing, Funspot, and Weirs Beach! Just over 20 minutes from Gunstock for skiing, snowboarding and tubing. Other activities include golfing at one of the many courses nearby, boating on the lake, hiking at Castle in the Clouds, Gunstock Mountain, and the Scenic Railroad.
The space
Walk in the front door to the open floor plan kitchen/dining room with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. The first floor holds 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, laundry room with a washer/dryer and a 3/4 bath which all connects to the kitchen. Moving upstairs you will find the living room with plenty of natural light streaming through the massive windows.

Upstairs contains the Master bedroom with a queen bed and futon. Next to the master you will find another bedroom with a full bed and bunk bed set. In the living room you have plenty of seating for guests, a smart TV and small porch to enjoy the sunrise over the lake.

To finish off the top floor you will find a full bathroom with a stand up shower and separate tub.

The garage will be locked at all times and is reserved as the owners space.
