Other things to note
1) The road the house is on doesn’t have a turn around. Keep that in mind when bringing a boat. It will be best to launch your boat at Twin Bridges before you arrive.

2) No guest over the limit of 7, no exceptions.

3) No parking on the grass as this is where the septic system is. Parking on the septic tank create costly damage.

4) Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or any tobacco products on the property at all, no exceptions. This includes chewing tobacco and cannabis.

5) Absolutely no pets on the property, no exceptions.

*The use of any floatation device/ toys/ furniture by the lake and on the dock (including kayaks, rafts, canoes, any type of boat, ski gear of any sort, or any watercraft) is strictly and in perpetuity, USED AT YOUR OWN RISK.

*By renting the house you and any guests under the rental agreement to the above as well as all rules listed below, and you relinquish the property owners of any and all responsibility in the event of any type of injury or accident.

*This home is not available for rent for any parties of any kind or any other type of gathering with guests not listed on the reservation. No guest over the limit of 7 at any time, no exceptions. You will be charged $500 fee if you violate this.

*The house rules include no underage drinking, no illicit drugs, or illegal activities. No smoking of any kind inside or outside the house. You will be charged a $500 fee for violations. We are serious about this.

*If you use the dock or surrounding area, do not touch the boat or boat lifts.

** NO OUTSIDE NOISE AFTER 10 PM WILL BE TOLERATED.

*Late check out needs approval and fees applies. $50 for checking out at 12 PM. $200 for checking out between 12 PM to 3 PM. After 3 PM you will be charged for a full day of rent. If you or any member of your group fails to vacate the rental at the designated check-out time, you grant the rental manager the right to charge the credit card number used to book the vacation rental for an additional night.

*Our neighbors live at their home full time and noise travels on the water. We want to be respectful. Our rental has plenty of indoor space to have fun and enjoy one another once it gets late. You will be charged a noise violation fee of $500 if this rule is violated.

*Original guest who booked the reservation is responsible for sharing the itinerary and house rules with the other guests.

* Guest must be 25 years of age to rent

* Please review rules carefully, as violation(s) may result in additional fee or the immediate removal of you and other members of your party from the vacation rental without refund.
