Outdoor Oasis In The Hamptons
This newly renovated house has been designed to make the outdoors the heart of the house. We are located only 5 mins from East Hampton Village and 15 mins to Sag Harbor.
The house backs a natural reserve, so it's very secluded, quiet, and surrounded by trees.
We have a new saltwater and solar heated pool and a hot tub for 6 people, a great BBQ, and kids-friendly outdoor toys, and a playground. There is plenty of grass/green area for kids to play outside. At night, sit outside, bring your rose and turn on the fire table!
The basement has been finished and it hosts an amazing gym and entertainment area.
If you have small kids, this is the perfect house for you. We have 3 cribs, changing table, a high chair, and a phenomenal playroom in the Den.
The pool has been fenced as well, but the fence can be removed if preferred.
