This property was in a perfect location. Having a guaranteed parking spot during Coast Guard fest was very convenient. This rental had everything that we needed, and was plenty of room for adults for the weekend. We will stay here again for sure!

The condo was immaculately clean upon arrival. Pet friendliness a plus. Location ideal - right in the middle of the action. Hot water heater went out during our stay but we were able to communicate the issue easily and it was fixed in just a few hours. Only complaint from the other couple with us was an uncomfortable mattress in the second bedroom. Otherwise everything was perfect. Would book again.

Grand Haven is a favorite west coast destination. This is the first time staying in a downtown apartment and I really liked it. The convenience of popping into any store or food venue at any time without having to plan ahead is great. This apartment is spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We stay here at least once a year, primarily due to the location. We like to be close to the shops and restaurants. But this apartment is very comfortable and clean. I’ve never been disappointed here. It is an upstairs unit so there are about 13 stairs leading up to it. As I get older that is becoming problematic, but for most people, it isn’t an issue and this apartment is well worth it.

We have rented here several times and love it. Being right on the main street downtown makes everything accessible. The Christmas lights were pretty.

The location was super convenient for walking around town, eating out without having to park, and walking over the to river walk area. We were just in town for a quick trip and this was perfect.
