About this property

GUARUJÁ PITANGUEIRAS NEAR THE BEACH

Very well located and very close to the beach in the best region of Pitangueiras. Two parking spaces. House of 1 room with 60 m2 of built area and 120 m2 of land, chalet-nautical style, with lacquered lambri ceiling. It has a large bedroom with four bunk beds and table, plus two beds under the bunk beds, as you can see in the photos. In the living room, there is a TV set and a pull-out couch, which, when lifted, becomes a double bed. There is a garden-parking at the front and an area behind. There are network hooks and ceiling fans. In the front area you can do barbecue, however at the moment you need to bring a portable barbecue. The mattresses are good and the intention is always to deliver the house cleaned with a very well made cleaning. The kitchen is equipped with pans, cutlery, plates, cups, blender, etc ...

Tranquilidade

A casa no lugar muito tranquilo e bem localizada com muitas opções de restaurantes, bares e mercados tudo muito próximo, praia muito limpa e organizada (sem de barulho caixa de som). Aldo (proprietário) gente boa muito comunicativo e atencioso nas informações!

Local próximo a praia, caminhada por menos de 5min, próximo a diversos locais, ambiente bom para levar amigos, preço acessível caso queira aproveitar a praia, usando a casa apenas para repouso. Ambiente limpo, móveis bem cuidado. Senhor Aldo confia bastante em seus hóspedes, deixando o check-in e check-out flexível e deixando a chave em uma residência próxima.

Não recomendo em dias de chuva.

Em meio a um final de semana de muita chuva, a casa apresentou algumas goteiras, e o sistema de escoamento de agua, ineficiente, fazendo com que "alagasse" o quintal e a garagem, meu cunhando teve a infelicidade de acordar com uma barata andando em seu braço. De resto, foi bom, ótima localização, e casa bem equipada, uma proposta simples e objetiva, e o dono do imóvel muito atencioso e flexível.

O proprietário é muito educado. A localização é excelente, os únicos defeitos, na mina opinião, a fechadura do portão está muito velha, enrosca a todo momento e limpeza deixa muito a desejar, muitas baratas.
