About this space
Complete with ample outdoor space, oceanfront views and breezes, and elegant finishes throughout, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath vacation rental has all the perks of a luxurious coastal resort with the serenity of a private retreat. Outside, you'll find an idyllic covered deck, a built-in grill, and easy access to the ocean. The tidal swings in this part of Georgia can be significant, sometimes 6-9 feet. If the tide is high, the beach is always accessible just a couple of minutes away.
The space
Originally a 1-story bungalow, built in 1959, our home was updated in 2009 with a 2nd floor that has stunning views of the ocean. Enjoy the breeze from 1 of 2 balconies.

Originally from Maryland, I moved to Georgia in 2014. With a BS in Hospitality Management, I love to help our guests have a wonderful visit to the Golden Isles! Our company, with my wife and sister-in-law, also specializes in interior design and helping those who fall in love with this area to relocate here. As a bonus, we also focus on finding investment properties for our clients.

Just across the street from the ocean, this area provides privacy in single family homes that are close to many amenities on the island.

What makes this property unique

With one of the most sought after views on Jekyll Island, we knew this space would be special for anyone who visited. Built in 1959, the lower level started as a cottage style bungalow. In 2009, the upper level, with it's stunning views, was added, giving this home its unique charm.

The tide swing in this area is very large.  Sometimes 6-8 feet difference between low and high tide. It's amazing to watch throughout the day. If you can't make it down to the beach from our crossover, you can always get to the beach from many other nearby access points, just a couple of minutes away.
