Immerse yourself in the beauty that is this spacious, Mountain Lodge! When you arrive to this custom built home, you'll walk into a large, open kitchen and great room with high ceilings. The 6 bedrooms are located in wings away from the kitchen, living rooms & upstairs game loft and theater so you can always find privacy!

Maximum guests is 12 (includes children) & no day guests per the Chelan County STR Code that is strictly enforced. (No Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties.)

Perfect for families & groups who want to enjoy each other but not perfect for parties including bachelor & bachelorette parties (please do not reserve as we'll have to decline).

Main floor has a large open kitchen w/ double fridges & stoves, large living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Upstairs has a Home Theater Room w/ 12 custom movie seats, a large gaming area w/ Foosball, Shuffleboard, Xbox and a TV. And 4 more bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Full size kitchen includes multiple sets of dishes, utensils, pots & pans etc.

There is a Bathroom on each floor and each have provided Soap, Shampoo & Conditioner.

ROKU Smart TV w/ Dish Satellite & DVD Player

Large Outdoor space w/ the following amenities:
- Year round Hot Tub
- River access and sandy beach (3 minute walk)

- Dogs are allowed for $35/pet/night. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture and must be cleaned up after. A provided Dog Run is set up for your convivence.

- EV Charging Station Available for Guest Use.

- During Winter months, the property is fully plowed and the county takes care of the main roads and neighborhood. The Marianne Lodge is located on flat grounds.

- 10 bar stools line the bar facing the chefs kitchen along with a 11 foot dining table.

We really loved our stay at the Marian Lodge. It was absolutely perfect for our family. It is a drive to get to Leavenworth but surrounding area beautiful and is full of outdoor activities.

Family getaway

This cabin was awesome. The kids had a great time. The games and trails kept everyone busy and happy. It is close enough to the restaurants and shops to enjoy them but far away enough to be peaceful. It would be perfect for a family reunion. We would definitely stay again.

This is simply a beautiful property. It was clean and fully equipped. Loved all the amenities and games to be played. The tetherball was a special surprise, brought me back to elementary. I would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend !

Wonderful Family Home

The Marianne was a perfect home for our family. Beautiful location and setting. It was very private and exactly as described in the booking information. It was very clean and instructions on checking in and out were very thorough. We were about 30 minutes from Leavenworth. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brunner’s Lodge-Marianne.

Quality Family Time

This home was everything we wanted to just relax and hang out together. The kitchen was huge with 2 fridges and 2 ovens. Rooms were cozy, beds comfortable. Plenty to do while there. We had a rainy weekend so we did not get outside much but the inside was spacious and the game room and theatre room kept everyone happy.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Much more stunning in person than the pictures online. Lots of room and the kitchen was perfect for our family to cook together. Management was great making sure roads were clear of snow. The drive from Leavenworth was definitely curvy and a little scary during a snow storm, takes about 30 minutes, the plus side is the road crews definitely make it easy to get around. Highly recommend a stay here...

Stay in Levenworth

It is a beautiful home with plenty of room the only thing is you are listed as its in Levenworth and its not its in plains, and you say that its only mins from Levenworth and you are not ,you are 49 min from Levenworth up in the mountains, you need to correct that for future renters, but it is a beautiful home and we enjoyed it very much, , and if we were to gi again i would surely think abiut staying here again, ut was a little bit overpriced, maybe if you lowered price you would get more renters

Thanksgiving Getaway

We went for a Thanksgiving Holiday, 11 of us, and this home was so perfect! It had absolutely everything you could imagine! Great Theater Room with 12 comfortable seats. The kids all kept saying they have thought of everything:-)). The only downside was the squeaky floors for the home comfort and room made up for that. Thank you for a great vacation! Will return;-))

We booked a weekend visit to the Marianne Lodge to celebrate a friend's milestone birthday with 18 guests, and it really was a perfect weekend. From the moment we arrived, people were commenting on how nice the cabin was, how many things were provided to do, and how well it was laid out for a big group to get enough sleep and have spaces to come together. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all big enough for a group, and the bedrooms are down their own hallways so that it's quiet enough for getting a good night's rest. We loved having the fire pit and hot tub easily accessible, and enjoyed being able to walk down to the river's edge. I'm already looking for a time to go back!

Overall the cabin was amazing! Space, layout, bedrooms/bathrooms, location, outdoor space, game room, theater room, all exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the entire cabin, inside and out! (Didn’t use the hot tub this trip) The cooks in the group would add, although the kitchen layout, cookware provided, double refrigerators and stove/ovens were fabulous; the appliances were in need of updating. Specifically the stoves and dishwasher. Both worked adequately but both stove burners would lose heat while cooking and dishwasher would get stuck on auto mode and wouldn’t reset to normal wash. Also floor boards in upstairs hallway and bedrooms are very squeaky? Anyway, overall great place and would return in a heartbeat!! Thank you for helping to create memorable stay for my Mom’s celebration of life. We all thank the owners, and especially your property manager who was always attentive and kind. - we thank you… Debbie (and family)

Family Get Away

Beautiful home. Lots of spaces. Great for large groups. I don't want to be negative. . . but, there were a few issues. hot tub was dirty. wearing socks, they were black on the bottoms. outside needed some TLC, tables were dirty, cigars butts on the ground. for the money we spent, I don't want to do laundry.

I’m so sorry, the experience wasn’t a 5 star for you. We take this very seriously. I can assure you our cleaning staff is the best in the area, and it's reflected with the "70+" other 5-star reviews! We are always available for any concerns while our guests are there, but never heard from you while you were staying or even after. Once 12 guests enter a home with shoes on, then the floors may not be white sock proof, as this is a large home on wooded acreage. The hot tub is a priority year-round. I will definitely check with our professional staff. We do ask our guests to start a load of laundry, this is so that we can allow a 4:00 pm check-in and a 11:00 check-out.
