You will have the entire condo yourself. Located on the first floor and no steps within the condo.

No car is needed as the condo is located in a very walkable area and there are plenty of Ubers, Lyfts and Taxis to help you get around. If you choose to bring a car through, the condo rental comes with one free parking spot. There is additional free street parking.

There is an AC/Heat wall unit in the condo.

There is a shared laundry room available on site. Plenty of machines and they take quarters. We do not have our own.

Please note, we require a damage deposit. The damage deposit will be held on your card 24 hours prior to your stay and released after checking out.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

All animals must be approved in advance of your booking. We do not allow animals to go on the furniture or beds. We have a $75 pet fee.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules you will be charged.
