Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood for it's central location to downtown Tallahassee , FSU and FAMU campus. There is an iMAX theater across the plaza and several great restaurants, including Harry's Seafood Restaurant which is located right downstairs!

What makes this property unique

The view makes this property unique. It overlooks FSU campus and the skyline is perfect for sunsets. Iconic view of FSU and Wescott! Located on Kleman Plaza right above Harry's Seafood Restaurant and across from iMAX Theater. This furnished condo is centrally located in downtown Tallahassee. Full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, with a secured and private parking garage. One unreserved parking space in the garage.
