Lovely house on a beautiful lake. The main living area is very comfortable, open kitchen/dinning/living area which made it a great place for family to gather. The kitchen is well stocked and the gas grill worked great.

Great Lake house on a beautiful lake. Rumney is nicely situated near the lakes and the white mountains. Kayaks and canoes were provided and we enjoyed the sightseeing around the lake. The house was open and bright. The sun hits the deck in the afternoon. The kitchen had everything needed. The wifi worked great and they have a Roku. Just be sure to get good directions. It’s a little tricky to find the house the first time and cell service is about 15 minutes back down to Rumney. We had a quiet relaxing week swimming paddling and walking the dog. We loved it!

Stinson Lake is absolutely beautiful, with crystal clear water and minimal boat traffic. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and swimming every day. The house is exactly as pictured. It was easy to sleep the 6 of us. The kitchen offered everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The deck offers a terrific view of the lake. This location is also very convenient in that you can reach the Plymouth/Tenney Mtn. Highway area in 20 minutes if you need to go to a grocery store. The entrance to the water is steep. Anyone with mobility issues would have a difficult time getting down to the dock. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location with unbelievable view and access to a gorgeous peaceful pond. Kids spent their time snorkeling and fishing and swimming and we just watched and had a wonderful time. House was clean and cozy and perfect. Would do every year if we could!

The property is really beautiful and peaceful. My family really enjoyed our stay there. We took the kayaks out and had a great time. Quiet mornings on the deck with coffee was a great start to the day. My sons hiked nearby, I think it was Stinson Mountain. I would love to stay there again!Also the property is steeply sloped. I was happy having my water shoes, not my flip-flops for getting down to the water.I
