Relax in the hot tub, swim in 3 outdoor pools , hike 6 miles of trails, or ride 90 miles of SXS trails, you will get a guest card to use for free while at our property . Bring your SXS we have plenty of parking for trucks & trailers, hiking boots, swimsuit, and golf shoes—you’ll need them all! High ceilings and a roll-up door let you enjoy cool mornings and evenings!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

If trash full leave inside by door Turn off all lights Turn heat to 64 ac to 76 Lock doors Please text when you have successfully checked out

Fantastic spot! I’ve stayed at VRBOs all over the country and this may have been the cleanest! Packed full of all the things we would need. The view from the back deck is breathtaking and the hot tub was perfect. Definitely marking this place a favorite!

It was amazing, we loved hot tub as it was a perfect touch to the house, we loved how secluded it was , at the same time it was close to amenities. We did some of the ATV trails while we were there that was great as well. Can’t wait to come back!!

The hot was not a big thing on our list but it was great. It should be noted that Fairfield bay is a seasonal destination so something’s were not operational like restaurants. We had an awesome time anyway. It was great.

Treehouse Valley Fairfield Bay was awesome, such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The house was beautifully decorated and included all of the amenities needed along with added bonuses and the view was incredible. Our host Randall was great, he made sure we had everything we needed. He was very thoughtful and kind and he went above and beyond to assure that we were enjoying our weekend.

This place was the perfect getaway! There is a garage door in the house that opens up to the most breathtaking views of the Ozarks! Relaxing on the deck overviewing the forest each night was beyond relaxing! The place had everything we needed and immaculate in cleanliness. Highly recommend and hope to be back in the future.
