The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put everything back where it came from. Including putting kayaks up, paddle boat back. Ironing board, playpen, and outside chairs. Clean up all trash outside and in fire pit.
Close the Hot tub cover
You do not need to strip beds just leave slept in beds unmade so we know it was used and can wash for next guest. Put all used towels in the laundry room. Thank you!!!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Park behind fence.
Nothing but toilet paper flushed in toilets, no food down sink we are on a septic system. Do not have a garbage disposal. Thank you.
No parties or events! No smoking or animals in the house! Broken rules can result in a $500 fine and/or immediate removal from property. Thank you!

Beautiful views, quiet, and spacious enough for our big group. Kids loved the use of the kayaks and fishing off the dock. Communication was quickly answered. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Beautiful house, very close to the dunes and town. Definitely would stay there again. We all had a lot of fun. Perfect family getaway for the long holiday weekend with the hot tub and game room for the kids. Lots of parking for the trailer and all of the toys for the dunes. Host always communicated quickly.

Beautiful house! Great location, close to town, beach, and sand dunes. Hot tub was relaxing after being out all day. If you have teenagers the game room would be a blast for them! Jim made sure he could easily be reached. The deck was relaxing and so was the dock to sit in the sun. House was well stocked with essentials (TP, paper towels etc) He responded quickly to messages. Easy to communicate with. The kids enjoyed the paddle boat and kayaks. If we go back, we would definitely rent this house again. Thank you Jim for your amazing hospitality!
