This lakefront house is absolutely amazing! It was spotless when we arrived. The host even gifted us with delicious cookies for our arrival. Comfortable beds and supplied with extra pillows and blankets. Plenty of bath towels as well as beach towels for our entire group. We are aged 4 to 75 and everyone had a great time. From the hot tub, lakefront swings, paddle boards to the waterfront fire pit there is something for everyone to enjoy. The nextdoor neighbor was friendly and the house is in a beautiful neighborhood. Entry into house and game room garage was easy. I can't say enough good things!

Great stay! We loved the house on Houghton Lake. Such a beautiful view. Hot tub, swings, and paddle boards were all used. The kids had a great time in the lake. It was very peaceful. We would return and stay here again!

The property was beautiful and exactly what we expected. The beds were comfortable (which was much needed after all day on the lake) and the showers were hot with good water pressure. We brought our own boat and were able to secure it to the dock. We will definitely be back!

My bestie and I booked this property for a few days of much-needed downtime, and it was everything we needed, and then some!We had a great feeling from the start. The host's communication was excellent, and she made everything so easy, from booking to arrival.And then we walked inside! It smelled wonderful, like our vacation had officially begun. The property was absolutely true to the pictures, which you don't always get! The decor struck the perfect balance, thoughtfully styled with just enough personality to feel inviting, yet uncluttered enough to truly make the space your own. The fully equipped kitchen, inviting bedrooms, and plentiful necessities made it easy to settle in. There was even a thoughtful, personal touch waiting for us that genuinely made us smile. You can tell this host cares about giving you a wonderful experience.The lakefront setting was peaceful and beautiful. The hot tub was very well maintained, spotless and perfectly positioned, and we loved the Adirondack chairs and fire pit by the water. The rec room was a bonus, too. We never felt the need to leave!By the afternoon before checkout, we were joking (but only half joking!) about calling in sick back home so we could stay another day. We could easily picture coming back with our families, too.It was a great value and delivered on everything promised. If you're wondering whether it's really as wonderful as the pictures and descriptions suggest, the answer is YES. Book it without hesitation.
