Great visit!

This was our third stay at this spacious and well-equipped place. An easy walk to visit our kids, who also arranged access to The Lakes gym, swim, and tennis facility.

Great visit near our adult kids!

We like to cook and the kitchen was very well equipped. I did a brief kayak ride along the canal/lake which was lovely. A peaceful place, we’ll be back

Water in Arizona!

I love this place and how serene it is to be on the water. The deck is large with plenty of seating in sun and shade. Pergola is a little aged but is okay. Hot tub is great and recessed in the deck. Beautiful foliage and many song birds around. Master bedroom is big with sliders to the deck. Tons of closet space. King size bed and on-suite bathroom with one sink but plenty of counter space and storage. Two additional bedrooms and one other updated bathroom. Laundry room. Cozy living space with fireplace and leather couches. Nice eclectic decor with artwork and homey feel. Large kitchen with new fridge and spacious dining area. Sliders from kitchen to side patio. Large fenced front yard with small covered patio and grassy area. Grill on side patio with seating. Kayak, paddle boats available. Fun, cozy place with pretty view.

Great reunion home

We were three siblings and a niece staying very comfortably in the house, with two nephews who lived locally visiting days. The house was perfect for our needs, well outfitted with kitchen supplies and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

My business partner and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for a business trip and could not say enough positive words about the stay. The communication was excellent, central Tempe location was perfect for our day meetings and the backyard views? WOW. Great home, thank you for sharing with us.

Arizona Ironman

Property manager Alecia was amazing and very helpful. Nice little spot on the lake. Unfortunately the hot tub was not functioning which is a shame given I selected the property specifically for the hot tub for my daughter to recover from her Ironman race!
