After a day on the river, take a load off in the game room or on the beautiful dock. We can accommodate your boat up to 32' and enjoy the kayaks provided for you.

Very nice and relaxing place. Spacious home. Close to everything you need. My family loved seeing the manatees, catching blue crabs and fishing right off the dock. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home! Very open concept and newly remodeled! Large deck to enjoy the water view! We brought our boat and enjoyed keeping it on the water and using it at our leisure! The home is very close to the golf and a short boat ride to the swimming areas. We would definitely stay again!

We had a very relaxing long stay at Dockside Palms. The house was clean and organized. The view out the wall of floor to ceiling windows from the living area was beautiful. It was so much fun to watch what critters and vessels sailed by. Kids were always within eyesight, as they played on the swim pad. Our 10 month old Cairn Terrier, Remington loved the house and swimming with kids with his life jacket on.The neighborhood was very quiet and a short walk to the Upper Deck and Rogers Park. The host, Jason was friendly and promptly accessible to answer questions. FYI - Walmart does deliver to the house and be sure to have bug spray that targets no-see-ums. They show up at dusk and dawn.

Why they chose this property

We love the Old Florida vibe Weeki Wachee has and want to share it with our guests. The spring fed canal is always cold and refreshing. We love watching the manatees, dolphins, otters and whatever else decides to pop up for a visit. It's really amazing.

What makes this property unique

This specific spot is great for boaters! It is a prime location to get from Rogers Park to the dock and back out to the Gulf while avoiding large swarms of kayakers.
