Code sent for access at 4:00PM did not work, hour later before we could get in, lower level thermostat had error code, 60 degrees. 10 people unpacking, no hangers in entire building (5 bedroom), 5 light bulbs out in great room, kids trying to put puzzle together with phone lights. Patio door from dining/kitchen handle had been broken previous to us arriving, had to go out front door, walk around entire deck to get to rear deck. Selected property because it had an office (one person needed to do some work) not one working light in office. Went to use Hot Tub, turned on jets, right half of the jets did not turn on, water from decorative jets went over tub to ground, could not sit in tub or was sprayed by those jets. Next evening filled dishwasher , only to realize dishwasher door would not close, hit countertop. Master bedroom lavatory hot water handle does not fully turn water off. Top bed sheet barely covered the bed, was a queen sheet on a king bed. Microwave in the basement does not heat at all. Weather was good
