Please note that the clubhouse pool and hot tubs are closed until 5/22. Laundry is open from 8am-4pm only.
This condominium comprises one bedroom and one bathroom, and it is furnished with all essential amenities. Situated on the second floor, it boasts a private deck that offers views of the Winter Park Resort. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, a coffee maker, and a microwave, and it provides seating for two at the breakfast bar.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area can host up to six guests and is linked to the main living space. The deck, accessible from the living area, serves as a pleasant retreat to relax and enjoy the surroundings, featuring a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV. Furthermore, there is a queen sofa sleeper in this area for any extra guests who may need accommodation.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
This condominium is situated in building 6 of the 5 to 9 cul-de-sac, just a short walk from the clubhouse. Additionally, the complimentary town shuttle stop is conveniently nearby, allowing easy access to downtown on foot.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Everything was great. The place was good, the hosts were very responsive to a couple of questions about the area. It is very easy access to the shuttle to the slopes.
