1 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground level condo located at the Corral: the best location in Breckenridge! Walking distance to downtown for shopping/dining, the base of Peak 9, and steps from a free shuttle stop. Private one car garage and one outdoor parking spots, full washer/dryer, gas fireplace, and porch with grill.

Condo amenities: outdoor hot tub, fitness room, steam sauna, game room w/pool table, foosball, air hockey, TV, and lounge area.

The location was conveniently close to the base of Peak 9 as well as downtown. We also appreciated having a heated garage to park in. The interior was not as clean as we hoped and we noticed a few things in disrepair. Regardless, we were able to enjoy our time in Breckenridge!

We live in Colorado Springs but we love Breckenridge! We enjoy skiing and hiking, as well as strolling Main Street and eating at Flip Side and Raddicato.

Why they chose this property

Once you park your car you can get to every amazing thing Breck has to offer! It’s a ten minute walk to the base of Peak 9 and even less time to Breckenridge Brewery and other local restaurants and shops!

What makes this property unique

Outside the condo, the heated garage and additional heated parking spot are so awesome! Inside the condo, the large master bedroom and living area, extra bathroom and fully equipped kitchen make staying here very comfortable.
