We've been to waterscape half dozen times, this unit is best by far. View to the beach is incredible. Beds and couch were super comfy. Actual laundry room was a game changer for coming in from beach/pool. Stayed with two families, 4 adults 5 kids aged 6-11. Plenty of room, Close to elevators and beach/pool access. Wayerscape itself is great with kids splashpad, big pool, lazy river, and beach access, and hosted games and events. Right next to gulfarium, which has a new dolphin show and the okaloosa pier/broadwalk.

Beautifully decorated property with stunning views. The condo was well maintained and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and appliances worked well. A super comfortable, home away from home. Superb communication from owner.

The condo was in great condition overall. There were a few small things that needed addressed (as expected with most rentals) and they were taken care of very quickly. The "problems" weren't even anything that would have greatly impacted our stay but just things we reported so that we weren't held responsible for them at check out. Communication was great throughout the entire process. When they say you will only have starters of everything, that is accurate. Some condos say that but when you arrive you'll find extras of many things like spices, garbage bags, ziploc or plastic wrap, etc. That was not the case here. This certainly is not a complaint, because it was clearly stated in the listing but I just wanted to share with others what to expect. There was plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils and we would gladly stay here again! The walk from the parking was longer than expected, but being beachfront was worth it!

Mold on bathroom vent, mold and dirty a/c filter, clogged kitchen drain holding water when we arrived. Water in coffee maker looked weeks old and had stuff floating in it.
