Welcome to Ciboney 2002. This beautifully-decorated, updated 2nd-floor condo can sleep up to six beach-loving guests comfortably. Ciboney 2002 boasts an open floor plan with a large living area and a gorgeous view of our famous emerald water. Located in a highly sought after location in Miramar Beach, Ciboney Condominium Complex offers lush green lawns, bordered with tropical plants & palm trees. Guests can enjoy a picnic area with charcoal grills, a community pool with restroom facilities, two lighted tennis courts, and their own gated private beach access!

You will love the open-concept living area with flat screen TV. The bright and airy, fully stocked kitchen has new granite countertops with under-mount sink and a breakfast bar. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or an evening glass of wine while taking in the gorgeous views from the balcony.

The master bedroom features a King bed, a private bathroom, and access to the balcony where you can wake up to the panoramic ocean landscape. The second bedroom features a queen bed, There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. All the bedrooms have TV's.

The unit is complete with a full-sized washer and dryer.
