Why they chose this property
Close to everything. Being near I4 is great. We travel to Tampa often and this location is only a 45 drive to downtown Tampa.
What makes this property unique
Neat and clean. Private pool with the pond as a back drop. Safe area with visible security. Close to 192. Bars and Restaurants.
