Perfect place to ski canyons/PC!

We really enjoyed our stay. The shuttle bus was only a 5 min walk in ski boots. Lots of sleeping space, hot tub is great, couldn't ask for more.

Great Location, Clean, Spacious

We had a great stay. The location was great. About 5 minutes to Canyon Village and 15 to Park City. The place was really spacious and clean. We cooked all our meals and had everything we needed at the house. We had 8 adults and felt like it was the perfect spot.

Great Condo

Great condo for our trip. The large open floor plan between the kitchen and living room was nice and the hot tub made it even better. Perfect location for getting to Park City. There was a nearby path that led directly to the shuttle stop. Only downsides: some of our group found the beds to be not very comfortable and the kitchen was not very well stocked with kitchen supplies. In particular there was only one old pan for us to use.

Great Location and Layout

The townhouse was in a great location for our stay, just minutes from Whole Foods and Smith’s and shopping and restaurants, and about 15 mins from Main Street and the main Park City Mountain area (parking reservations were pretty easy to come by at the mountain, but you could also park at one of the Main Street lots and take a shuttle bus to the mountain). The place was the perfect size and layout for 3 families with kids of varying ages. It was clean and beds were fairly comfortable. There’s a hot tub that we never ended up using but my son did make use of the community gym which was nearby. I didn’t see any games anywhere so bring or buy your own if needed. My only complaints about the place were 1) the kitchen is very poorly stocked. Cooking utensils and things like glasses were cheap and poor quality for the price being charged for the unit. There wasn’t even a working wine opener or decent sponge or kitchen cleaning products. And 2) the fees added onto the rental are quite high and it’s not clear from any documentation I was sent what those fees were for—which makes #1 even more frustrating.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and bringing these issues to our attention, we apologize for any inconvenience, Nicole. We have passed this feedback on to the local, who will work with the homeowner to make improvements as needed. The owner will be replacing the wine openers with an electric and manual one. The games can be found in the closet by the front door. We look forward to hosting you again!

Met our Needs for a ski week!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the open floor plan and made use of the ample supply of DVD's. We brought our own games but there are a ton of those as well. A highlight for us was daily use of the private hot tub, which after some back and forth we figured out how to operate (instructions inside step to the tub). The door code didn't work when we initially arrived but it only took a quick call to Turnkey to resolve it (very friendly person there as well). It's really quiet, and so you can open a window if you want. A really nice feature is that there are separate upstairs and downstairs heating zones. And each has humidifiers as well - so no dry noses! The kitchen was light on glasses, but for the 4 of us was sufficient. Some of the beds are on the firmer side, just FYI although the master queen bed is less so.The neighborhood is within a mile or so of shopping / restaurants and about 2.5 miles to the closest Park City lift.I ran into neighbors twice and both were very pleasant.Would come back again.

Stayed just over 1 month early June to early July

Gave a 4 star; not 5 star, review for 1 reason All of the beds, all bedrooms, are miserably uncomfortable; really bad, even my teenager had a hard time sleeping. Our family is hard sleepers, but we all did not get comfortable /restful sleep because of the beds. The unit is really nice a nice and a spacious layout. Not in the description of Unit 5511 is an open grass area outside the front door; great for kids! Complex has roughly 80-100 total units. Unit location is down mountain from the Olympic Ski jump and Park. The sofa and love seat in the living room (structural springs) are worn out; watching a movie, reading, or sitting for a while; regardless of person size, is uncomfortable. You sink so low on the sofa a child could fit between the seat and back cushions. Pool is really small for the size of the complex. Same with the workout room. Spacious 2-car garage was great for storing our bikes and gear. The quality of the kitchen cooking utensils are cheap; that’s an easy fix. Turnkey management company was great and responsive. Great location; about 1-mile from I-80, so very convenient to lots of shopping, Wal-Mart, Outlets. Walking and paved biking trails very near property. Unit has A/C for top floor only. 3 bedrooms up and 4th bedroom in basement. So much to do in the area! Really enjoyed our time there in Synderville UT.
