Located in a historic Houston neighborhood, this fully-remodeled and modern cottage house features 2 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a full bed. The bathroom includes a full bathtub with shower. Full kitchen, central AC and heat, very fast Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, free off-street parking for 2 vehicles and unlimited street parking. The house is in the middle of one of Houston's few truly walkable areas. Very established residential vibe. Peaceful and quiet area, walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and grocery stores. There is a pedestrian/bike trail on the block which connects to downtown and is part of a network of 150 miles of other parks and trails.
