About this property

Charming 2-bedroom farmhouse 15 min drive to Pigeon Forge! Rv/Trailer Parking

Welcome to the Sunny Meadows Farmhouse! This cozy Farmhouse is located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Built in 1920, every room in this home is full of rich history. Over the years previous owners have renovated, built-on and lovingly cared for the structure so well it is truly a piece of historic art. We have added our own personnal touches as well. Come enjoy this peaceful 4 acre property with a spring fed pond, 100ft of wrap-around porch and lots of area for adventure! Just a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We also have a large parking area attached to the property for trailers or multiple vehicles! Easy entrance off of the main highway adjacent to the house.

William was an excellent Host who was very responsive. The house was charming, quaint and perfectly picturesque. Inside decor was beautifully simplistic and vintage while providing every thoughtful necessity. The freshly picked flowers were a great touch! Would definitely stay here again.

The farmhouse was clean, environmentally friendly, and welcoming. I appreciate it being kid friendly too. We had a 2-year-old with us. I recommend this house.
