This is an amazing place! Quiet, off the beaten path, but close to everything! Owners thought of everything that you could need or want! Very impressive linen closet for bathroom essentials! Screened in porch was awesome! Perfect fire pit to dutch oven cook!

Nice little place to get away. My only recommendation is firewood should be available like other places I have stayed. The whole campfire thing is part of the experience. Even if its an extra fee to be already there.

We had received a coupon from VRBO and after rebooking they did not honor coupon. The house was clean but smelled of cat and cigarettes. We did not make it our two nights due to someone in our party being allergic to the cat hair. The owner did not provide us with the door code until 25 mins of waiting outside. Great location, love Berkeley Springs but will not being staying here again.

Unfortunately you had cancel your booking because you click the $1500 damage protection button instead of the $59 dollar damage protection which took away what Vrbo had offered as a discount when you rebooked . I feel bad your friend was allergic to cats but clearly in pictures you can tell I have cats with the cat things on walll in spare bedroom and it's a pet friendly rental as to why your dog was allowed which I didn't charge a pet fee for so you could have your discount still . Also not sure why Vrbo isn't given the code as they should but I will call tomorrow to see what on my end I may have done wrong with key code not being given to guests. Cleaning lady throughly cleaned before you came in and guests stayed four days before you had no complaints . I apologize you weren't happy with your stay and I will resolve these issues for future guests .
