Welcome home to your very own island oasis with all the luxuries of Gulfside living!! This beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a beach-goers dream come true! Located mid-island in Sanibel Surfside in the heart of Sanibel Island near shell-strewn beaches, miles of bike paths, and nearby shopping and restaurants! Upon entering the condo you are greeted with a spacious open floor-plan combining the living & dining room and shared kitchen space. Your eyes will be immediately drawn to the beautiful beach backdrop and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico in the near-by distance.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Full bed, 1 Twin bed & a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, tennis & pickle ball courts, elevators. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Great Place to Stay

Fully equipped condo on the beach, great place for kids, we rent every year at this complex, quiet, relaxing, short bicycle ride to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, coffee, gelato, playground, lighthouse

Loved the complex and the quietness of the unit.Pros:Beautiful gulf views from the living area and master bedroom. Condo is updated and very comfortable.Beach and pool were very accessible and rarely full.Loved the separate 1st floor closet for beach stuff.Cons: Tile floor was filthy when we arrived (although the rest of the condo was spotless). Our feet were black from the dirt on the floor!Beach chairs are very old and rusty. Definitely could use new ones.Cooler was a cheap styrofoam one without a handle. We purchased a cooler bag from Jerry’s.The lint trap in the dryer is broken with sharp edges. I saw this mentioned in a previous review, and it has not been addressed.

It doesn't get more perfect!

My husband and I along with our four children recently spent two weeks at this amazing condo at Sanibel Surfside. I can't even put into words what a perfect vacation this was. The condo was beautiful - I know that pictures can be deceiving and sometimes what you see isn't exactly what you get. In this case the pictures don't do it justice - it is even more beautiful and even closer to the beach. Multiple times I found myself dazing off in the kitchen with preparing lunch or cleaning up after the kids because the view was so spectacular. The island itself is perfect. There is something about the speed of island life that everyone should experience. My husband and I loved that there were so few chain stores and restaurants and had so much fun trying out many unique places. Our favorites were Island Cow, Mucky Duck, Bubble Room for dessert, and Pinocchio's for ice cream. We loved going to Jerry's for cheap desserts - they have a great bakery! Barb and Bill were easy to deal with and answered all questions that we had. We can't thank them enough for sharing their condo with us and giving us the perfect vacation. Anyone who is considering renting this condo but has doubts or is on the fence go for it - YOU WILL LOVE IT! Many people doubted that we could vacation in Sanibel for 2 weeks without being totally bored. Not true - we could have stayed a month. It is that perfect. Thanks again for a perfect and memorable vacation!

View to die for!!

My wife and I plus our 19 months old son just got back from spending 7 wonderful days in this condo. It was amazing!! It was our first time to Sanibel and we will be back!! This condo, while on the small size, was perfect. The view and the proximity to the beach is more than we could have hoped for. I took several pictures of the view while laying in the master bedroom just so I can always remember how amazing it was. Our weather was perfect and we were able to turn off the air and open the glass doors at night and enjoy the sound of the ocean…slept like a baby. It pains me to write this because we had such an amazing time and it is by no means a reflection of the condo itself but we were disgusted with how dirty the condo was upon our arrival. So much so my wife, who is 6 months pregnant, cleaned the entire condo our first day there while I took our son to the beach. We are by no means “neat freaks” but there was human hair all over the place, including inside the cup in the guest bedroom…gross!! We let the rental agency know this and I hope they correct the problem because if it wasn’t for that we would have not had a bad experience our entire week on the island. If you are on the fence about coming to Sanibel and staying at this condo I hope you make the decision to give it a try. Sanibel, while on the pricy side, was a great place to spend a week. We rented bikes for the week (Billy’s Bikes was great!!) and went for a ride every morning and took our son to a huge covered playground just off the main road. We loved it! The food was fantastic but stay away from Sweet Melissa’s Café, over priced and not that good. We also did not like The Island Pizza Company but we may have gotten the wrong type of crust. If you want a nice meal try Chips’ Sanibel Steakhouse. We ate there twice and both of us got the same meals each time. The twin lobster tales are fantastic and the shrimp tempura was very well done. We would not hesitate to stay at this condo again in the future.

Stunning views from this second floor apartment. Step right off the elevator and into the condo where you open the door and are immediately greeted to a gorgeous view of the gulf. The condo is well appointed and brand new. It had almost everything you could think of, and then some. Only downside to the kitchen, was that it had so many bowls, plates and appliances in the closets, we had no place to store our groceries! The premises are still a work in progress. While were there, the pool was out of order (you can use the neighboring property's pool) and they were burying cable wires. There also is no boardwalk walkway to the beach so your feet stay sandy to and from the Gulf. Due to no fault of the property owner's but the no-seeums were out and about and got us on the private lanai as well. Stock up on big spray prior to departure... But this condo is a 10/10

Lovely Place! Bad bed.

We love Sanibel Surfside and am pretty sure we have stayed in this unit on previous visits. The unit is spotless, nicely decorated, with a gorgeous ocean view. The only reason I gave a 4 is the master bed is hard, creaky and needs to be replaced. Sleep is so important to my husband and me on vacation and it was less than optimal. Otherwise we would go back without thinking as it is a very nice rental.

The location is perfect if you want easy beach access and a wonderful view. The condo looks just like the pictures online. Comfortable and spacious with lovely beach decor. Everything you need for a fun beach vacation.

Great location

This was a great location right on the beach and close to the pool. Parking was a bit confusing as it was raining and hard to see number markings when we arrived. And our spot was flooded most days we were there. Close to restaurants and shops! Master bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable but it was only for a week. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

Sanibel Vacation

Great location, Great weather. The location was on one of the nicest beaches we have visited. Fantastic view of the ocean from our balcony. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone coming to Sanibel.

Great location!

We had a great experience on Sanibel. This property is located beach front and we enjoyed evenings on the lanai. Upon arrival the property was clean and ready for use. Beach chairs and umbrellas were included and appreciated. The property manager was prompt in responding to questions and the checkin process was easy. The only suggestion is an upgrade to the mattress in the main suite which was a little firm.
