We have local grandchildren and want a retreat in the Durango area, so that we can enjoy family. When we are unable to be there, we hope others can also benefit from access to our Durango home.

We love the views in this part of the valley. We are close to town, But we have the benefit of nature, outdoor space, and a serene waterfall view.
What makes this property unique
The two main bedrooms are very spacious, the kitchen includes a gas range, the fireplace is marvelous.
