This was our 1st time using Vrbo, and I could not have been happier we decided on this rental!! It was clean and in a quite neighborhood. We were out most of the day, so only needed somewhere to lay our heads. The rooms were spacious. One of the bathrooms was remodeled, and very nice! It was nice that the beds were also comfortable. I love that they had a washer and dryer available! They also had a few beach chairs in the garage, which made going to the beach that much easier. Short distance to Bradenton Beach, that had beautiful sunsets! Our plane arrived earlier than anticipated and the owner was kind enough to let us check in a little bit earlier. We had great communication with the owner. This was such a great experience for my family that we will definitely put this Vrbo on our list or places to stay, when we return to Florida.

What a lovely place! so comfortable, warm and welcoming!Secure home, nice community, close to stores and interstate. Would have appreciated a hair dryer and ice cube trays, otherwise, well equipped.

Overall it was a good stay there is definitely room for improvement though. For example in the small bathroom the shower head seemed to be leaking and the shower head was splashing all over. There were holes on some walls where the toilet paper holder previously fell off. In the other bathroom the hand soap dispenser was rusty and seemed to be filled with Dawn dish soap. And i do wish there were a few more bath towles. But the house was spacious and clean. Good kitchen with a big sink, and tvs in each room.

This was a huge space with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms, a nice living/dining room space, a full kitchen, and a fenced-in yard. The location was very convenient for our purposes visiting family nearby. There were a few small issues that disappointed us during our stay including that the hand soap dispensers were empty and the main shower wasn't draining properly. The biggest challenge was that the wifi information was not included in the space or on the listing so we had to wait quite a while to hear back from the host with that information. The host was intermittently responsive and we appreciated that they gave us permission for our friend's dog to enjoy the fenced-in yard. Overall a positive experience!
